Cheyenne
Veterinary Assistant
Cheyenne joined No Place Like Home Mobile Per Vet with a lifelong passion for animals. Born in New Hampshire and raised in Arizona, she spent 13 years growing up around farms before moving to Wilmington, North Carolina, about two years ago with her dog and rabbit. She earned her Veterinary Assistant degree while in high school and continued her education in veterinary technician school, graduating in 2023. After working at an aquarium, she was inspired to pursue her love of the beach and animal care in a coastal community.
Cheyenne knew veterinary medicine was the right profession for her when caring for animals became about more than just puppies and kittens. She especially values being there for older pets and earning their trust when they need someone to lean on. Her favorite part of mobile veterinary medicine is getting to know each patient individually and seeing their unique personalities. Outside of work, Cheyenne enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing with her pets, exploring the beach, and hiking with her dog. Her animal family includes her dog, Peppa, cat, Turkey, rabbit, Cinnabon, and several extended pets.
